finally decided to abandon all those shitty cases and joined my colleagues to clubbing on fri..
as the 'xiao mei' there, they really got kinda worried i wld get drunk. bt still i was fed with 2 shots, 2 vodkha.. (i am still sober!!)
Except for the random stunt that made me seriously stunned and kinda stupid (thinking back), everything's enjoyable ♥ ROAR..

and sat is sakae buffet.. and chawanmushi!! weeeeeeee SAKAE CHAWANMUSHI + SALMON = highlights of the day!! cravings satisfied.. Thanks guys:)

was caught off guard when my colleague ask me "how long you have ur braces on?"
this piece of metal is on my teeth for so long i seem to have forget abt it's existence
uhh.. on second thoughts, mayb once a month when i went for dental checkup/ when i have those stubborn food remainings stuck in between the gaps
oh gosh hw time flies.. it's been 2 whole years alr.. i only hope the metal wld be removed before my 21st, and then i wld be stuck with retainers for life..
was reminded of the years(literally) i spent yearning to have the braces on, and then to have my teeth pluck out and my chin/cheek swollen like some potato..
and with koko and yy ~~laughing~~ and urging me to take photo with the potato
then to the day when i finally have the metals tightening my teeth.. wow..

have decided to apply for acca..
i reckon the more time i spent out of sight from those notes and exams, the more i feel the distance i have with my friends..
maybe tt's just an excuse? i don't know
bt working full time definitely make me feel like i age faster than people of my age
like i am doing something they wld only be doing years later
everyday is so mundanely routine
and it feels like there's an agegap, when we are almost of the same age
it seriously scare me somehw..
I don't wish to be named an 'ol', at least not for nw. i feel like someone frm another world
seems like nobody can help me, and i don't know how to help myself..
circumstances don't allow me to stop working and concentrate on studies.. so perhaps making this decision will help? i don't know..

I know I should be contented.. but some humans are always ugly and asking for more than what is given, and being one that unfortunately falls into such category…… I guess I am searching for all these disappointments myself..

See me complaining and grumbling to my parents about further studies.. I know fairly well that venting my frustrations and regret won’t get me any further, ranting on blogs and mourning aloud would not get me a place in any universities.. my parents still won’t be able to afford, I still won’t have the resources and whatever not.. nothing’s gonna change, nobody is at fault.. but I am just plain stubborn and unwilling to accept the reality..

So what if I get what I want now, perhaps then I would be green with envy for something else and craving to be in the shoes of someone else? Never ending desires, never ever contented.. not even when I am given the whole wide world, I would be then longing for the sea, the sky and what have you…

Purpose of this post is merely to let me see through and stop myself from wallowing in self-pity constantly.. it’s getting a tad bit unhealthy to be harping on something for so long hahaha..

Finally head to the swimming complex after a month plus of procrastination.. fyi my last workout was the napfa test, which means since then I haven’t been doing anything to keep myself fit, which also suggests why I am having those cramps these few mths.. hahaha

Swam 5-6 laps ytd.. nothing fantastic, but I reckon if I continue to swim at this rate every week, hmmm maybe increasing 1-2 laps now and then, I would have lesser cramps, feel healthier and perhaps become the owner of those toned limps.. motivation from SNSD dancing with their hot pants.. hahahahaha

But first thing first, I would have to overcome the reluctance and laziness to keep up another routine cus it's driving my life more mundane and boring than it alr is.. argh I need some spices man!!

Is it me or does birthdays hold lesser and lesser significance as we grow older?

whoooyeeeaaaa..1 mth since I last blogged.. kinda forgotten when what happened.. so i shall blog on a random basis.. haha.. but all these were what happened since then..

yea man.. rock band on a random monday. met up with the saxophonist after my dental appt and change my braces to the lovely black which my mom commented my teeth looked like decayed teeth nw.. hahaha
anw back to rock band, played the drums, guitar, bass and sing to the mic
hahaha conclusion = I totally cannot coordinate my limps.. lol nearly went crazy trying to play the drums and step on the pedal.. like going to have split personality soon..

anw the day went on with vanessa and tony going for band practice, wr preparing to go redang and ll, yy and me going off to tpy to collect the legendary black specs..

hahaha.. and me and ll ended up making contacts and i am still in the process of trying to get use to the bluriness and abit uncomfortableness of wearing them..

yea man.. its our 3rd yoga day but not all the participants were able to make it on the day.. so we proceeded with the dinner and endless camwhoring with the most ridiculous poses we can think of.. winner of the day goes to mr lee * applauses* he and his trying to act sexy, mysterious and whatever not poses made us laugh like mad in starbucks.. seriously, such a pity he din go for modelling.. hahahaha

before all these craziness starts, we went for dinner in ding tai feng and i finally had my xiao long baos cravings fulfilled!!
while waiting to be seated in the restaurant, and when the camera is out, these happened..

had really noob volleyball games and random purposeless crappings (: long time since I hit the beach but i still look as pale as before now.. lol

treated my family to a mother's day dinner at dian xiao er.. i still prefer dtf though, xiao long bao *slurps*
waited really really long for the roasted duck to arrive, bt it's worth it cus the duck skin is nice (: I like haha..
zzz.. the dinner wasn't satisfying, in the end we still buying carrot cake and oyster egg home cus we are still hun-ger-ryy.. lol

met up with the girls for drey's birthday celebration at vivo
highlight of the day- hq bought a pack of 'magical candles' that are supposed to continue lighting up whenever u tried to blow them out.. so the whole group of us ended up laughing and blowing out the candle IN THE RESTAURANT with everyone staring at us.. but i swear the scene is damn funny.. for a moment i thought the whole cake will ignite and explode cus the candles keep giving off sparks and lighting up by themselves.. lol.. in the end we used chopsticks to kiap out the 9 candles and throw them inside a glass of water.. omg.. this is really 哭笑不得..the ~~advanced~~ birthday girl with the cake and 9 scary candles..
the 莲花柱 behind her is another joke of the day.. make me think of 葵花宝殿 for some reasonaftermath of the nice chocolate cake and the culprit candles..the girls :)

5 months ago, i went cycling with x-bro but i only managed to cycle towards Changi and instead have to take the ambulance to Changi hospital to have my left foot stitched..
exactly 5 months later, i am back at the exact same location, and rented the bike from the same vendor. The difference is i ate my lunch:] and i got to cycle my way back to east coast to return my bike.. but then i still met up with 2 accidents, 1 血光之灾 and 1 abrasion, just like last time..o.m.g. the curse of ecp on the 1st of every 5 months..

1st accident
was cycling on the narrow bridge, trying to squeeze myself to the side so that the cyclist on the opp end can cross.. and i brushed my toe against the rough concrete and it started bleeding.. in the end the cyclist just stood and watch me while i attempted to stop my blood..

2nd accident
I din make a full turn at the cross road and ended up banging straight into the tree.. suffered some abrasion.. nothing serious but dumb enough.. argh.. i am having phobia when making turns..
